Support

Bunker Tails is a narrative survival game for iPhone. If you encounter a crash, a blocked game, a purchase issue, or a localization problem, email rose10816@naver.com.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, selected language, and the screen where the issue occurred. Do not include passwords or payment-card information.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app first. For billing or refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Game Center

Leaderboards are optional. Check that you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings if scores do not appear.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026. Bunker Tails does not require an account. Game saves, settings, endings, and clues are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.

Apple services

If you use Game Center, Apple processes your player identity and leaderboard scores. In-app purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Apps in Toss

If Toss Login is offered and you choose to use it, Toss may provide the minimum account information shown on its consent screen, such as your name and a service-specific identifier. It is used only to provide account-linked game functions such as saved progress or rankings. Optional profile fields are not requested unless the consent screen explicitly lists them.

Advertising

The app may use Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform to show an advertisement after some completed runs. During a critical Standard Survival run, you may also voluntarily watch one rewarded ad to receive a clearly disclosed emergency supply. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising data, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data to provide, measure, secure, and limit the frequency of ads.

Where required, the app presents a consent form before requesting ads. You can reopen privacy choices from Settings when that option is required. The app does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission and disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier. The Supporter Pack removes forced interstitial ads and unlocks the complete animal stories and Legacies. Rewarded supply ads remain strictly optional.

Sharing, retention, and deletion

The iOS share sheet opens only when you choose to share an ending. Local data is removed when the app is deleted, subject to device backups. Game Center and advertising data are retained and deleted under the policies and account controls of Apple and Google.

Children and changes

The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. This policy will be updated before new analytics, accounts, or developer-server features are introduced.
